Here's how to make Palak Chicken at home.

Blanch & Puree Spinach, boil spinach for 2 minutes, cool, and blend into a smooth puree.

Saute Aromatics, heat oil, add cumin seeds, then saute onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies.

Cook Tomatoes & Spices, add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and cook until oil separates.

Add Chicken, mix in chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown.

Blend in Curd, stir in curd and cook until the chicken is tender.

Add Spinach Puree, pour in the spinach puree, mix well, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish & Serve, sprinkle garam masala, mix well, and serve hot with roti or rice.
