Devanshi Rathi

In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with chopped coriander, mint leaves, onion, tomato, green chili, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Spread a generous layer of the yogurt mixture onto each slice of bread, covering it evenly.

Cook the bread slices, yogurt-side up, on a preheated pan for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy.

Carefully flip the bread slices to toast the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes, if desired, for extra crispiness.

Transfer the toast to a plate and garnish with extra coriander leaves or chaat masala if desired.

Serve the Dahi Toast hot or warm, ideally with a side of chutney or salad.
