Refrigerate Ripe Tomatoes, keep fully ripe tomatoes in the fridge to slow down spoilage. bring them to room temperature before eating for better flavor.

Store Unripe Tomatoes at Room Temperature, place slightly unripe tomatoes stem-side down in a single layer, away from direct sunlight, to ripen slowly.

Freeze Tomatoes, wash, dry, and freeze whole or chopped tomatoes in airtight bags or containers for months-long storage.
