Ngari: It is fermented fish. While not a dish on its own, ngari is a key ingredient in Manipuri cuisine.

Ooti: A traditional rice-based dish where rice is cooked with vegetables and sometimes meat or fish, flavored with local herbs and spices.

Singju: A refreshing salad-like dish made with finely shredded lotus stem, cabbage, banana flower, and herbs like mint and coriander.

Chagempomba: A stir-fried dish made with mixed vegetables, often including spinach, potatoes, and peas.

Chamthong: A mixed vegetable stew prepared with seasonal vegetables, lentils, and sometimes fish or meat.

Eromba: A spicy stew made with boiled vegetableand dried or fermented fish.
