How to make sweet corn chicken soup at home.

Heat the Stock, in a large pot, bring chicken stock to a gentle boil.
Add Sweet Corn, stir in the blended sweet corn paste and whole sweet corn kernels. simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Chicken, mix in the shredded chicken and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Thicken the Soup, gradually add the cornflour slurry while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. let it simmer until the soup thickens.
Incorporate the Egg, slowly drizzle the beaten egg into the soup while stirring to create egg ribbons.
Season, add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as per your preference.
Garnish and Serve, sprinkle chopped spring onions on top and serve hot.
