Prepare Soya Mixture, Soak and grind soya chunks, then mix with mashed paneer, spices, and besan.

Form Koftas, Shape the mixture into small balls koftas.

Fry Koftas, Deep-fry the koftas until golden brown and set aside.

Make Gravy, Saute onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes with spices to make a smooth curry base.

Cook Gravy, Simmer the curry until it thickens, then add water or stock as needed.

Add Koftas, Gently add the fried koftas to the curry and simmer for a few minutes.

Garnish and Serve, with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
