Prepare Ingredients, Gather almond milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and a few tablespoons of cashew or almond paste.
Heat Milk, Pour the almond milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Simmer Milk, Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer until it thickens slightly, stirring often to prevent sticking.
Add Sweetener, Add sugar to the milk according to your taste and continue to cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Incorporate Paste, Mix in the cashew or almond paste to add creaminess and flavor. Cook for a few more minutes.
Flavor, Add cardamom powder for a fragrant touch. Stir well and let the mixture cook until it reaches the desired thickness.
Cool and Serve, Remove from heat and let the vegan rabri cool. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
