Mix Ingredients, Combine 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of oil in a bowl.

Knead Dough, Gradually add warm water and knead until a soft, elastic dough forms. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours.

Divide Dough, Punch down the dough, and divide it into small balls (about 8-10).

Roll Out, Roll each ball into an oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Preheat Pan, Heat a skillet or tawa over medium-high heat.

Cook Naan, Place the rolled dough on the hot skillet, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown. Optionally, you can cook over direct flame for a charred effect.

Brush with Butter, Brush the hot naan with melted butter or ghee and serve immediately.
