Roast the Besan, heat desi ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat. add the besan and roast it, stirring continuously, until it turns a golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.

Cool Slightly, remove the roasted besan from the heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes until it's warm but not too hot to handle.

Add Dry Fruits & Spices, mix in the chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder into the warm besan. stir well to combine.

Incorporate Powdered Sugar, gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture, stirring continuously. make sure the sugar is well blended with the roasted besan and dry fruits.

Mix Thoroughly, continue stirring until all ingredients are evenly combined. the mixture should be warm enough to bind together when pressed.

Shape the Ladoos, while the mixture is still warm, take small portions and roll them between your palms to form smooth, round ladoos.

Cool and Store, allow the ladoos to cool completely. once set, store them in an airtight container.
