Whisk Yogurt Mixture, whisk yogurt with gram flour, spices, and salt.

Temper Spices, heat oil, add cumin seeds, and sauté spices.

Add Yogurt Mixture, pour yogurt mixture into the pan, stirring continuously.

Add Mashed Potatoes, mix mashed potatoes with yogurt gravy.

Simmer Curry, add water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Finish and Serve, sprinkle garam masala, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot with roti or rice.
