Prepare Ingredients, Gather rajgira flour yogurt, water, ginger-green chili paste, cumin seeds, ghee, salt, and turmeric.

Mix Flour and Yogurt, In a bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of rajgira flour, 1 cup of yogurt, and 2 cups of water until smooth.

Add Spices, Stir in 1 teaspoon of ginger-green chili paste, a pinch of turmeric, and salt to taste.

Cook the Mixture, Pour the mixture into a pot and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Temper the Kadhi, In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and let them splutter.

Combine and Simmer, Pour the tempered ghee and cumin seeds into the kadhi, mix well, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve,Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rajgira roti or rice.
