Here's how to make oat and raisin cookies at home.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients, in a bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, cream 1/2 cup softened butter with 1/2 cup brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well incorporated.
Combine Mixtures, gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Stir in Raisins, fold in 1/2 cup raisins evenly.
Bake & Cool, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges; let cool on a rack before serving.
