Here's how to make Pineapple halwa at home.

Roast the Semolina, heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the semolina on low flame until golden brown and aromatic. keep aside.
Cook the Pineapple, in the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee and cook the pineapple for 3–4 minutes until soft.
Boil the Liquid, add milk or water to the pan and bring it to a boil. stir well.
Add Roasted Semolina, gradually add the roasted semolina while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
Sweeten the Halwa, add sugar and mix well. cook until the mixture thickens and the sugar dissolves completely.
Flavor & Garnish, add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins. Stir everything together.
Serve Warm, once the halwa reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat. serve warm, garnished with more nuts.
