Prepare the Filling, mix shredded jackfruit or soy chunks with chopped veggies. add soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.

Make the Dough, knead flour, salt, and water into a smooth dough. cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Roll Wrappers, roll small dough balls into thin circles about 3-4 inches wide.

Fill Dumplings, add filling to the center of each wrapper, fold, and seal tightly.

Steam Dumplings, steam the dumplings in a greased basket for 10-12 minutes until translucent.

Make Sauce, mix soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, and sesame oil for dipping.

Serve, the hot dumplings with the sauce and enjoy.
