French Onion Soup is made with caramelized onions, beef broth, and sometimes white wine, topped with toasted bread and melted cheese.

Minestrone is a Italian vegetable soup with broth, tomatoes, beans, pasta or rice, carrots, celery, zucchini, spinach, and more.

Clam Chowder is a creamy soup made with clams, potatoes, onions, celery, and sometimes bacon, cooked in a broth with milk or cream, seasoned with herbs and often served in a bread bowl.
