Preheat, your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients, in a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Mix Wet Ingredients, in another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, brown sugar, oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Mixtures, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined and smooth.
Fill the Cupcake Liners, pour the batter evenly into the liners, filling each about ¾ full.
Bake, for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving or frosting.
