Here's how to make protein-rich Dal Dhokla at home.

Prepare the Batter, soak dal and rice for a few hours, then grind into a smooth batter. let it ferment.

Add Spices & Steam, mix ginger, green chilies, turmeric, salt, and eno for fluffiness. pour into a greased tray and steam until cooked.

Prepare the Tempering, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.

Pour Over Dhokla, spread the tempering over the steamed dhokla for extra flavor.

Cut & Garnish, slice into squares and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.

Serve & Enjoy, warm with mint chutney or yogurt for a healthy protein-rich snack.
