Prepare the Soya Keema, soak soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Cook the Filling, heat oil in a pan, saute onions, garlic, and green chilies. add soya granules, salt, garam masala, turmeric, and coriander powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the Dough, knead whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt into a soft dough. let it rest for 15 minutes.
Stuff the Paratha, roll out a dough ball, place soya keema filling in the center, seal, and roll again into a paratha.
Cook the Paratha, heat a tawa, cook the paratha on both sides with ghee or oil until golden brown and crisp.
Serve, hot with curd, pickle, or green chutney for a delicious and protein-packed meal
