Here's how to make Instant Rava Chilla loaded with veggies at home.

Prepare the Batter, combine 1 cup rava, ¼ cup curd, and ½ cup water in a mixing bowl. mix well to form a smooth batter. let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add the Veggies, chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green chilies, and coriander to the batter. mix in salt, turmeric, and ajwain. add a little more water if needed the batter should be of pancake consistency.
Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick or cast-iron pan/tawa. grease it lightly with oil or ghee.
Pour and spread, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and gently spread it like a chilla or pancake.
Cook Until Golden, drizzle a few drops of oil/ghee around the edges. cook on medium heat until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup, or curd. perfect for a healthy breakfast or quick snack.
