Marinate the Meat , mix minced mutton with ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, kebab masala, and salt. marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours to tenderize the meat.
Prepare the Mixture, after marinating add 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour to bind the kebabs. knead everything into a smooth mixture.
Shape the Kebabs, take small portions and shape them into round, flat patties of equal size for even cooking.
Heat the Pan, heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat, essential for authentic flavor.
Fry the Kebabs, shallow fry the kebabs on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve, drain the excess oil, serve hot with mint chutney, onions, and lemon wedges. enjoy your delicious tunday kebabs.
