Prepare the Aloo Tikkis, boil 3-4 medium potatoes until soft, then mash them in a bowl. Add spices like 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, and salt to taste. Mix in finely chopped coriander and form small patties. Shallow fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Arrange the Tikkis, place the fried tikkis on a serving plate, or cut them in half for easy serving.
Add Chutneys, drizzle tamarind and mint chutneys over the tikkis for a tangy flavor.
Top with Yogurt, spoon fresh yogurt over the tikkis to add a creamy texture.
Sprinkle Spices, add chaat masala, cumin powder, and chili powder. Optionally, add chopped onions and tomatoes.
Garnish with coriander and crunchy sev. Serve immediately and enjoy.
