Here's how to make Maharastrian Zunka at home in just 5 minutes.
Heat oil & temper spices, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
Saute onion & chilies, add chopped onion and green chili, saute until onions turn soft.
Add spices, mix in turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. stir for a few seconds.
Cook with besan, lower the flame, add besan, and mix well. slowly add water while stirring to avoid lumps.
Cook & serve, cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. garnish with coriander and serve hot with bhakri or chapati.
