Chop the Guava, wash and cut ripe guavas into small bite-sized pieces.
Add Spices, sprinkle black salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder.
Mix in Sweet & Tangy Flavors, squeeze fresh lemon juice and add a little honey or jaggery for balance.
Toss Everything Well, gently mix to coat the guava pieces evenly with all the flavors.
Garnish & Serve, top with chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds. enjoy your refreshing, tangy guava chaat.
