Prepare the Batter, in a bowl, mix rava, rice flour, maida, salt, cumin seeds, chopped onions, green chilies, and coriander. add water gradually to make a thin, flowing batter. let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the Pan, heat a non-stick tawa on medium heat. grease with oil or ghee. Stir the batter well before making each dosa, as rava tends to settle.
Pour the Batter, using a ladle, pour the batter from a height onto the tawa in a circular motion. do not spread it like regular dosa; let it form naturally with holes.
Cook the Dosa, drizzle some oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp. flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes if needed.
Serve Hot, remove the dosa and serve immediately with coconut chutney or sambar. enjoy your crispy Onion Rava Dosa.
