Here's how to make Mango Halwa at home.

Roast the Semolina, heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. add semolina and roast on a low-medium flame until it turns golden and aromatic. set aside.
Cook the Mango Pulp, in the same pan, add a bit more ghee, and cook for 3–4 minutes until it thickens slightly and the raw smell disappears.
Add Water & Semolina, add 1½ cups of hot water to the mango pulp and stir. gradually add the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add sugar and mix well. stir until the sugar dissolves and the halwa thickens. add cardamom powder for flavor.
Final Touch with Ghee & Nuts, add the remaining ghee and stir until the halwa leaves the sides of the pan. garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm.
