Soak & Drain, rinse sabudana well, and let it soak until soft.
Saute Spices, heat ghee, add cumin, green chili, and potatoes.
Add Sabudana, mix in soaked sabudana, roasted peanuts, and salt.
Cook & Stir, on low flame until sabudana turns translucent.
Garnish & Serve, add lemon juice, garnish with coriander, and enjoy hot.
