Here's how to make quick and easy Mango Milk Ice Cream at home.

Prepare Mango Puree, peel and chop the mangoes. blend them into a smooth puree without adding water.

Whip the Cream, in a chilled bowl; whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. this incorporates air, giving the ice cream a light texture.

Combine Ingredients, gently fold the mango puree and sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream. add vanilla extract or food coloring if desired. mix until well combined.

Freeze the Mixture, and transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container. smooth the top, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or until fully set.

Serve, once frozen, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. scoop and serve.
