Here’s a simple recipe for an iron-rich Drumstick Sabzi in 5 steps.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add finely chopped garlic, green chili, and onions to the pan. saute until the onions turn golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften. then, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the drumstick pieces and mix well. cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Simmer & Garnish, add about 1/4 cup of water, cover the pan, and let the sabzi cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes, or until the drumsticks become tender. sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
