How to Make Gluten-Free Laddu at home.

Roast the Flour, heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. add the gluten-free flour and roast it until golden brown and aromatic. stir continuously to avoid burning.

Add Nuts, add the chopped nuts to the roasted flour and mix well. let it cook for 1-2 minutes for the nuts to become slightly toasted.

Sweeten the Mixture, remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly. mix in jaggery powder or sugar and cardamom powder. combine well to ensure even sweetness.

Shape the Laddus, while the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into round laddus using your hands.

Cool and Store, let the laddus cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. they stay fresh for up to a week.
