Here's how to make Kashmiri Laal Paneer at home.

Fry the Paneer, heat oil or ghee in a pan and lightly fry the paneer cubes until golden. set them aside.

Prepare the Masala, in the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden. add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and garam masala, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add Tomatoes & Chili Powder, add the pureed tomatoes and Kashmiri red chili powder. cook until the oil separates from the masala.

Cook the Paneer, add the fried paneer cubes to the masala and mix gently. add yogurt and cook for a few more minutes until everything is well-coated.

Garnish & Serve, with fresh coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
