Add liquid, and pour milk into the blender first.
Add fruits, toss in berries and banana.
Add chia seeds and honey, for added nutrition and sweetness.
Blend, everything until smooth and creamy.
Serve, pour into a glass, and enjoy immediately, add ice cubes or use frozen berries for a chilled, frosty texture.
