Here's how to make easy Beetroot Paneer Paratha at home.

Make the Dough, mix whole wheat flour, salt, and grated beetroot. add water as needed and knead a soft dough.
Prepare the Filling, combine grated paneer, green chilies, coriander, salt, and garam masala. mix well.
Stuff the Paratha, roll a small dough ball, place the filling in the center, seal the edges, and roll again.
Cook the Paratha, heat a tawa, cook both sides until golden brown, and apply ghee or butter.
Serve and Enjoy, hot with curd, pickle, or green chutney. enjoy your healthy paratha.
