Here's how to make Moong Dal Chaat at home.

Prepare the Moong Dal, soak 1/2 cup of moong dal in water for about 4-6 hours. drain the water and set aside.

Cook the Moong Dal, in a pan, dry roast the soaked moong dal on low heat until they turn golden brown and crispy. set aside to cool.

Make the Chaat Mixture, in a large bowl, combine the roasted moong dal with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

Add Spices and Lemon Juice, add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, and cumin powder. squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything together.

Garnish and Serve, top the moong dal chaat with sev, pomegranate seeds, and a drizzle of tamarind chutney for extra flavor. serve immediately and enjoy.
