Cook on Tawa, Heat a tawa on medium heat. Place the naan, water-side down, on the tawa, and cook until bubbles form.
Flip and Cook, Flip the tawa directly over the flame to cook the top of the naan until it’s golden brown and slightly charred. Serve hot with butter or your favorite curry.
