Prepare Parwal, Peel and hollow out the parwal, then boil until tender.
Make Sugar Syrup, Boil sugar with water to create a thick syrup, and soak the boiled parwal in it.
Prepare Filling, Mix khoya with sugar, cardamom powder, and nuts, and cook until thickened.
Stuff Parwal, Fill the soaked parwal with the prepared khoya mixture.
Garnish and Serve, Let the stuffed parwal cool, then garnish with silver leaf or chopped nuts before serving.
