Coat the Corn, pat dry boiled corn, then toss with cornflour, rice flour, salt, and spices.
Heat Oil, in a pan for deep frying.
Fry Until Crispy, fry coated corn in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Drain Excess Oil, remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
Season & Serve, sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice, mix well, and enjoy.
