Cook Pasta, Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
Make Roux, Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and cook until slightly golden.
Add Milk, Gradually whisk in milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Combine and Serve, Mix cooked pasta into the sauce, coat well, and serve hot.
Season and Thicken, Add salt, pepper, and cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
