Prepare the Batter, Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in flour, baking powder, and instant coffee, folding gently to combine.

Add Liquid Ingredients, Mix in melted butter and warm milk to the batter, ensuring a smooth consistency.

Pour into Pan, Pour the batter into a greased and lined cake tin.

Bake, Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Cool and Serve, Let the cake cool, then slice and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
