Here's how to make Tofu noodles at home.

Prepare the Ingredients, chop tofu into small cubes and finely slice vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. boil noodles as per the package instructions and set aside.

Saute the Tofu, heat oil in a pan, add tofu cubes, and stir-fry until golden brown. remove and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables, in the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and chopped vegetables. stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly crunchy.

Mix Everything Together, add the cooked noodles, tofu, soy sauce, chili sauce, and a dash of black pepper. toss well to coat everything evenly.

Serve and Enjoy, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. serve hot and enjoy your homemade tofu noodles.
