Here's how to make moist & delicious Coconut Cake at home.

Prepare the Batter, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. add eggs one at a time, then mix in coconut milk and vanilla.
Mix Dry Ingredients, in another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and shredded coconut.
Combine & Mix, gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. mix until smooth.
Bake the Cake, pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool & Serve, let the cake cool, then top with whipped cream or coconut frosting for extra deliciousness.
