Roast the Coconut, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add grated coconut, and roast for 5-6 minutes until golden and fragrant.
Add Milk, pour in 1 cup of milk, stir, and cook until the milk is absorbed by the coconut.
Add Sugar, stir in ½ cup of sugar and cook until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Add Ghee and Cardamom, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and cardamom powder, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until glossy.
Garnish and Serve, with chopped nuts and serve warm or at room temperature. enjoy your coconut halwa.
