How to make caramel popcorns at home.

Pop the Corn, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot, add 1/2 cup popcorn kernels, and cover with a lid. shake occasionally until popping slows. transfer to a large bowl, discarding unpopped kernels.

Prepare the Caramel, in a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup corn syrup over medium heat. stir continuously and let it boil for 3-4 minutes until thickened.

Coat the Popcorn, remove the caramel from heat and quickly stir in 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt. pour the caramel over the popcorn, stirring gently to coat evenly.

Bake for Crispiness, spread the caramel-coated popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. bake in a preheated oven at 120°C (250°F) for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Cool and Serve, let the popcorn cool completely on the baking sheet to harden the caramel. break into clusters and serve your delicious caramel popcorn.
