Prepare the paneer balls, curdle milk with lemon juice, strain, rinse, and knead into a smooth dough. roll into small balls.

Cook the paneer balls, boil water with sugar, add paneer balls, and cook until they double in size. drain and set aside.

Prepare the rabri, boil milk, reduce it to half, and add sugar, cardamom, and saffron for flavor.

Combine angoori and rabri, squeeze syrup from paneer balls and add them to the rabri. let them soak for a few minutes.

Garnish and serve, garnish with nuts and rose water. serve warm or chilled.
