Here's how to make Almond Chocolate at home.

Roast the Almonds, dry roast almonds for 3-4 minutes, let them cool, and chop into small pieces.

Melt the Chocolate, and butter/coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.

Mix Almonds & Flavoring, add roasted almonds, vanilla extract, and honey/sugar to the melted chocolate.

Set the Chocolate, pour the mixture into molds or a tray, spread evenly, and sprinkle crushed almonds on top.

Chill & Serve, refrigerate for 30-40 minutes, then cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
