Here’s an easy recipe to make Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea:
– 2 cups water
– 1-2 teaspoons loose black tea or 1-2 tea bags
– 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or a cinnamon stick)
– Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
– Optional: a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor
– In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
– Add the loose black tea or tea bags to the boiling water. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
– Pour in the milk and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to heat through but do not let it boil.
– Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon (or add the cinnamon stick). If desired, add a pinch of nutmeg for extra warmth.
– Taste the tea and add your preferred sweetener to achieve the desired sweetness.
– If using loose tea, strain the mixture into cups. If using tea bags, simply remove them.
– Optionally, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top before serving.
Serve your Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea hot, and enjoy the comforting blend of flavors!
