- 1/2 cup corn kernels (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Broth:
Heat the Sesame Oil:
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
Sauté Aromatics:
- Add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Broth and Seasonings:
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth. Stir in the soy sauce, miso paste (if using), rice vinegar, and sugar. If you like heat, add chili paste or sriracha to taste.
Simmer:

5. Assemble the Ramen:
Divide Noodles:
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls.
Add Broth:
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles in each bowl.
Top with Vegetables and Shrimp:
- Add the shrimp, snow peas, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach/bok choy to the bowls.
