1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 packets of ramen noodles (instant or fresh)
2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)
1 cup mushrooms (shiitake or button)
1 cup baby spinach
Green onions (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Meat
Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add your sliced meat (beef, pork, or chicken) and let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
Cook the Meat: Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add the marinated meat, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it’s well-browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
Step 2: Make the Broth
Prepare the Broth Base: In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add Broth Ingredients: Pour in the chicken or beef broth. Stir in soy sauce, miso paste (if using), rice vinegar, and chili paste. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Prepare the Ramen and Toppings
Cook the Noodles: While the broth simmers, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables: Sauté mushrooms in a pan until soft, and lightly blanch the spinach (boil briefly and drain). Set both aside.
Step 4: Assemble the Ramen Meat Bowl
Assemble the Bowl: In a large bowl, add cooked ramen noodles. Pour over the hot broth, then top with the sautéed mushrooms, baby spinach, and the cooked meat.
Step 5: Add Finishing Touches
Garnish and Serve: Add a soft-boiled egg if desired, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Drizzle with additional sesame oil or soy sauce if needed. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful ramen meat bowl.
Tips:
For extra flavor, you can use bone broth or dashi for the base.
You can customize the protein using shrimp or tofu for a different variation.
Adjust the spice level by adding more chili paste or sriracha if you prefer spicier ramen.
