Chilli chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that’s loved by many for its spicy and tangy flavors. Made with tender chicken pieces coated in a flavorful sauce, it’s a dish that’s perfect for both lunch and dinner. Here’s a simple recipe to make this delicious dish at home:

STEP 1- Marinate the chicken pieces in soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, ginger-garlic paste, cornstarch, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 2- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
STEP 3- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and slit green chilies. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
STEP 4- Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss everything together.
STEP 5- Cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken and vegetables are well coated with the sauce and heated through.
STEP 6- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
