– Chopped spring onions or coriander – for garnish

Step 1- Prepare the Dough:
– In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, whole wheat flour, and salt.
– Gradually add warm water and knead to form a smooth, elastic dough.
– Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2- Prepare the Filling:
– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
– Add garlic, ginger, and onions, and sauté until onions are translucent.
– Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender and any excess moisture evaporates.
