Do you want to make tasty restaurant-style chicken curry at home? You’re in luck! Our simple recipe will help you make it just like the one you love. Follow these easy steps to cook up a yummy chicken curry that will make everyone happy.

Ingredients:

500g chicken, cut into pieces

2 onions, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch ginger, grated

2 green chilies, slit

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Step 1- Heat some vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a bit. Then, put in finely chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.

Step 2- Now, add minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies to the pan. Cook for a minute until they smell good. After that, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well.

Step 3-Put the chicken pieces into the pan and coat them with the spices. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the chicken becomes lightly browned all over.

Step 4- Next, pour in the pureed tomatoes and mix everything together.

Step 5-Cover the pan and let the chicken cook in the tomato sauce for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes tender.

Step 6-Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle some garam masala over the curry and give it a final mix. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for extra flavor.

Step 7- Your restaurant-style chicken curry is ready to eat! Serve it hot with steamed rice, naan, or roti for a tasty meal that will make you feel happy.
